I’ve always been fascinated by the power of language and the meaning it can carry. As a writer trained in semiotics and cultural theory, I approach every sentence with precision and depth, crafting messages that are thoroughly researched and easy to understand.

Trained in anthropology, I moved into UX and marketing, with a specific focus on content design and copywriting. In those roles, I enhanced user journeys for a therapy and wellness platform through surveys and usability testing, then drove sales for an e-commerce store by writing copy for ads, newsletters, and product descriptions, paired with on-brand visuals.

Seeking to apply my analytical skills to more pressing social challenges, I pursued a master's in semiotics while pivoting to a career in journalism. I joined a global newsroom dedicated to combating online mis- and disinformation. Working closely with TikTok and Meta, I refined my expertise in evidence-based reporting, fact-checking, and countering propaganda. This also led me to cover a range of topics, from elections to health-related conspiracies.
